So instead of looking for ways

So instead of looking for ways to make boring repetitive unrewarding parts of gameplay that players look for ways to avoid more exciting you are simply going to take away their options to avoid the boring repetitive unrewarding gameplay.

Yeah that will go over great. /rollseyes

Wow are all you people just pessimistic

HE DID NOT SAY THAT.
Wow are all you people just pessimistic and assume that things won't ever change?

I've had this argument with wow gold fr someone twice in one week now. They are moving away from random one shots.

"Burst windows" does not mean one shot. It means burst which varies in strength from expansion to expansion.

Hotfixes for December 18

Another round of hotfixes has been released this evening. Along with a few class balance changes, here are some highlights:
  • [Requires a realm restart.] Socrethar's Demise: Resolved an issue that could cause Socrethar to become unattackable.or world of Warcraft
  • Primal Spirits should now be dropping more frequently while harvesting mineral and herb nodes outside of the Garrison, from Skinning, and in a satchel obtained by completing the daily Fishing quest from the Garrison Fishing Shack.
  • World Shrinker's effect is now removed when mounting up.
You can find the full list below.

when you get turned into an amber construct

Which I use in DBM on amber shaper unsok to basically fix bad fight design. You see, when you get turned into an amber construct, the game is bogged down with low performance and a Ui NIGHTMARE tornado of nameplates for players, pets, totems, guardians. DBM handles this grievous bad encounter design by auto hiding nameplates when you are turned into a construct and then reshow them when you become human again.
**DBM did this smart and World of Warcraft Gold in a way so that you still had nameplates for amber shaper, oozes, and other constructs. It wasn't a simple matter of just hitting V in combat and turning all plates on or off. or just friendly plates on or off. There will be no substitute to DBM's work around in 5.4.8 with these changes. :\

God knows what this will do to 3rd party nameplate addons too.

I am aware there is a particular UI mod out there that uses showing/hiding of nameplates to detect casts for auto interrupting that can be abused in pvp. However, there has to be a way to fix that problem without breaking other mods.

everything but one item on this toon

I had everything but one item on this toon. I did not have the spineclaw crab pet, I had that on a different toon on a different realm.

So I log onto that other toon..world of Warcraft po. getting some valor and I think, 'Oh, I should log onto Endaira and finally get the bigger bag achieve'... I log onto Endaira, don't get it, check the achievement progress and now I have NO progress towards it even...

Hopefully this can be fixed because it's making me really worried that it even lost my progress on the achievement...

To all of you that are in here

To all of you that are in here, tearing Blizzard a new one: This question was NOT directed at you - you already know how to play these classes optimally. It was directed at the people who had never played that class before. As mentioned in every one of those videos, acheter wow gold they were the VERY BASIC, Blizzard-intended rotations for every one of those classes/specs - a rotation that should always be followed. Of course there are additional abilities each class/spec has to use to be OPTIMAL and talents and glyphs that should be used to enhance their characters even more.

My opinion is that these videos are great as a starter (to make sure you're doing your rotation correctly at the core), and other web sites should be consulted in order to optimize your character, including what cooldowns and extra abilities should be used and when.

an hour is overkill

30 minute CD is fine, an hour is overkill, especially awkward when having to refresh at the end of the hour buff.

World PVP was fun while it lasted I guess, wow gold I'm glad I finished my title before you gutted the only open PVP left in the game.

EDIT: The Oath shouldn't trigger from HK's, you can go into an IoC and get 500 HK's a game, that's ridiculous.

wat about if everyone in the bg doeznt like u so they all report u afk

and you'l end up bein kicked while fiting or caryin flag

any way to adres tat
I think they will regret this wow gold fr for regular bgs. I fully expect a mass exodus of toons from regular bgs once it's clear who will win, which will of course mean a bunch of other players get pushed into losing bgs, which means they will likely leave and take their 5 minute penalty as well ...

You ought to use Twitter for announcements

You ought to use Twitter for announcements and the forums for public relations.

You can make Twitter as blunt as you want it to be. Don't defend yourself there.

Take over the forums so or world of Warcraft you have presence. Its less work to pop in unannounced.

You ought to look into devising methods to navigate through similar thread topics.

there is no longer any shader model

Hoorah, there is no longer any shader model 3.0-class hardware that meets the minimum requirements!

Now I'm wondering if DirectX 9 po world of Warcraft support will be axed altogether when the next expansion rolls around.

The servers aren't up because they haven't finished working on them yet. Mystery solved.

They never give us that sort of information and it's silly for you to expect it. It's doubly silly for world of Warcraft po you to criticize a helpful post, just because it's not helpful to you and you're (likely) throwing or close to throwing a tantrum about downtime.

I think this is a fundamental issue

can we get a recycle of failed missions after a day or two; especially the missions in which you gain a follower i am missing one on a few of my 12 garrisons follwers due to mission fail. I would be ok even if they are recycled after a wk or so.

Ty and having a blast!
I think this is a fundamental issue.www.euwowgold.fr Can the mission randomizer be smarter about coming up with "appropriate" missions?

For example, if the level distribution of available missions matched the level distribution of players' followers, this would have been much less of a problem.

when it gets rated up or down far enough

If you click the down rank icon on the right it gives you an option to report the post.

As a suggestion I think it might be better to add that to the up-ranking icon instead as a separate option.
when it gets rated up or down far enough,World of Warcraft Gold it either goes away or gets a high-rated feature text added.

I wish there was a way to see its current status as far as likes versus dislikes.

it is now through the whole expansion?

Something i'm wondering, is, will orgrimmar (and any other places) stay the way it is now through the whole expansion? or will they patch in the unfinished buildings?

It seems garrosh is still in wow po the process of rebuilding it, could it be completed by the end of the expansion?

thing specifically states

I believe the rep thing specifically states that it replaces rep gained. In Northrend I believe rep was only gained on "level 80" dungeons. That makes it N HoL, N Oculus, N ToC, N ICC 5mans, and Heroics. I would try those and see if they work.

At least, that's how wow or the Northrend tabards worked, so I assume they probably work off the same code.

most of you missed the point

To be honest, most of you missed the point. I too came across the announcement today on my Warrior alt, what he's trying to say is the Game makes a big deal of flashing it across your screen, saying you have access to glyphs. Said noobie then proceeds to the AH wondering what Glyphs their could be and is met with Glyphs of the appropriate level po wow (25) with buyouts in excess of 75 gold each. Eventually the noobie will forget about Glyphs, and will lose out on some of the neat advantages some of them grant.

that point is gona be a pain

I think blizzard should reverse their thinking some. If healing is as horrible at 85 from what im hearing... then something has to be done to allow the player base to get through the content more easily. Noone is in teir gear for that lvl yet and getting people to that point is gona be a pain.

Personally i'd love to so them acheter wow po nerf the mana cost of the spells some while nerfing the overall healing potential. There should be a middle ground where u can spam heals for different effects or set ups. For instance greater heal could keep the same healing power coefficients while say flash heal with reduced mana cost and time to cast heals for much much lower values. I think the main issue is if you are running an instance with little knowledge of how or when the incoming damage is gona hit our first response is to top of the tanks. This way a "mini" heal would be ok and the use of the larger heals reserved for the actually damage hit. As it is now healing feels very clunky and non responsive without ooming ourselves

He has sent an email. However with the time it currently is, and the hollidays, I don't see them rushing to allieviate the situation when they have other issues happening as well. I do believe he is going to try to call them tomorrow. bosses went down without much fuss

When I used the guides I created, people generally read them and were on board and bosses went down without much fuss. It worked.

Now, I don't expect everyone should be required to do this level of extra work to succeed at this game. That's what guilds are for. There's always someone like me in a guild who wants to pwn new content and will help everyone else through it. Guild runs are the only wow gold reason I didn't lose my sanity during the first few weeks of this xpac.

However, if you are a glutton for punishment and want to pug your way through leveling and heroics, don't whine that you don't want to take the time to figure out the fights outside of the game, that it's like work and this is a game and you just wanna play and why can't everyone be nice and tell you what to do? Because this game is six years old, is very complex, and players are expected to be familiar with the insanely good web resources that have been teaching people how to play WoW better for literally years.

a tip and don't get a rude response to it

You know i have been playing this game for a long time now, longer than id like to admit. I'm pretty hard on my guys when we raid but when i do a random i don't expect everyone to know everything, as long as when i offer a tip and don't get a rude response to it. I was in a random just yesterday with an undergeared tank that had no idea what he was doing, but he was the nicest guy so we wiped 8 or 10 times while he figured it out, euwowgold we cycled in and out 3 or 4 dps with 1 rogue that stuck around.

Point is, to say that people who have "been around the block" in this game are mostly elitist or don't wanna help you out isn't fair. Alot of us don't mind giving a new tank a few attempts in a heroic or sending 20 tells/hopping on vent to explain a raid encounter that we have on farm. If you are respectful and show common sense as you would if you went to a mechanic to ask him how to change the oil in you car, you will get respect in return.

If i am heading into a raid and don't have time i would say, "hey i am about to raid, send me a tell when i am done and ill see what i can to do to help out." but this is where people who require that help get upset and think they are being blown off. I don't not mind helping people but it isn't my job, so if i say i don't have time right now. Ask someone else or wait on me to get back with you.

you will discover that most of them are removed by phasing

I just want to make sure you are aware that phasing impacts skinning too, not just the node-based gathering skills. If you list the "best" savage leather skinning locations in Azeroth, you will discover that most of them are removed by phasing.

Examples include the chars euwowgold.fr in hyjal that get phased out once you free the old turtle, as well as the forest full of foxes and wolves which get phased out when it becomes an oasis after you complete a quest chain in uldum.

In a very real way, players are punished for completing quests. The more quests you complete, the more vital gathering resources are phased out. I also believe this is the reason that supply of crafting mats has been more scarce than anticipated. Your designers probably calculated the correct number of nodes and skinnable mobs. Unfortunately, something in the order of 50 to 75% of them all become phased and unreachable at any given time.

the recent death knight changes

I think this is a good opportunity to clarify our intentions regarding some of the recent death knight changes.

Going from 4.0.3 to 4.0.6, our goal was to lower Unholy death knight damage and raise mobility. Our 4.0.6 changes didn’t quite hit the mark (we undershot on damage and overshot on mobility), www.euwowgold.fr so we had to make additional adjustments. The nerfs to Death Coil and pet damage in 4.0.6 were never intended to compensate for the addition of Death's Advance, but were completely separate and PvE motivated. We felt that Unholy damage was too high in most PvE encounters, and it was necessary to reduce their dps output as a result. The mastery buff compensated for the intended adjustments a bit too much, so it was necessary to tune down those abilities again. An additional bug fix was also applied to Death and Decay that should not affect damage and was not a part of these balance adjustments.

the numbers were chosen totally at random

Sometimes it can be difficult to find a good "sweet spot" when choosing cooldowns for groups of similar items such as those obtained through Archaeology. We don't want all the cooldowns to be exactly the same, but we also don't want it to feel like the numbers were chosen totally at random. We may not always get the values right initially, so knowing what feels good to you and what doesn't -- and why-- is really helpful.

So, basically: thanks for postin'.wow po We really appreciate this kind of feedback. If you've any additional criticisms or thoughts about Archaeology item cooldowns, please feel free to share them (constructively, of course). :)

about this is that the CD is 20 seconds

One of the things that's bugging me about this is that the CD is 20 seconds. 18 seconds would make more sense to me since that's 6 CS's (for prot) so at the moment, it feels like you're encouraging people to waste a crusader strike so that you can use WoG as soon wow gold fr as it's off CD rather than waiting for 3 HoPo to build up again.

When PvP'ers won Wintergrasp

When PvP'ers won Wintergrasp, and now Tol Barad, they got rewarded with a PvE experience, ie. a PvE raid boss. That seems counterintuitive and backwards to me. Why not have PvP-centric rewards for these PvP battles? Perhaps a buff in Battlegrounds/Arenas for the po world of Warcraft winning faction? Or let's say Horde wins...Alliance NPCs receive a debuff thereby encouraging PvP elsewhere in the world. You don't reward PvE raiders with Honor Points or PvP Battlegrounds...why reward PvP'ers with PvE content?

this is exactly what we're doing in 4.1

Nope. In fact, this is exactly what we're doing in 4.1. :)

Right now, you receive 70 VP for the first random Cataclysm Heroic dungeon you complete each day. In 4.1, you'll receive 70 VP for the first seven random Cataclysm Heroic dungeons you complete each week. Similarly, you'll receive 140 VP for the first seven random Rise of the Zandalari Heroic dungeons (the new Zul'Aman and Zul'Gurub instances) you complete in the week, too. Collectively, you'll be able to earn up to 980 VP max exclusively from Heroic dungeons, which in turn will count towards your weekly 1250 VP cap.

By transitioning random or world of Warcraft Heroic dungeon rewards from a daily format to a weekly one, we'll be able to give players more control and flexibility over how they can earn VP -- which is cool! -- but this also means that we've a lot more bookkeeping to do in terms of where those points are coming from. To help with that, we're adding a "Valor Point bar" (similar to an XP bar) to the top of Dungeon Finder UI that will track your weekly cap, as well as how many Heroics you can still run for VP during the week.

overly popular until Orcs and Humans

The person you quoted didn't say Blizzard invented the RTS genre, but you'd be naive to claim that they weren't the ones that popularized it, because they absolutely were. RTS games have existed since the early 80's, but never became overly popular until Orcs and Humans.

None of the games prior to Warcraft ever saw the level of popularity and exposure that Warcraft Orcs and Humans saw. Try and find one that did. The closest you'll get is Dune II, World of Warcraft Gold and there's no denying the success (and long lasting impact) each game saw (Warcraft blew it out of the water. You can thank Westwood for spending time developing and marketing the game for inferior systems like MegaDrive and RISC OS) instead of having a singular focus like Blizzard did.

these Q&As to announce new features

Don't post or vote for questions you know we won't answer. We're not going to use these Q&As to announce new features, expansions, or release dates, etc. By the same token, we're not going to answer questions that touch on subjects outside of the game and its design.

Stay on topic! We’re asking for questions regarding a specific topic, if your question isn’t on that topic it’ll probably be down-voted to obscurity by other posters, and more than likely deleted by us.

Keep your question concise.world of Warcraft po One to three sentences should be plenty to explain background and ask a question.

Vote for any and all questions you would like to see answered.

All votes count. While you can't see vote #'s, we can. Even if a post is highly rated, your vote still means something to that question (potentially) being answered.

they deserve to flounder a bit

It's not really research, it's just a few minutes of reading and some judgments based on what you read vs your own experience. You pick up the basics naturally for the most part and outside sources just help you sharpen that to a level good enough to participate in a end game heroic/raid.

If you're skilled you can pick or wow it all up yourself, but since not many possess that level of ability there's mountains of info just waiting to be given a glance. The mark of a good player is a desire to improve and if people find reading something easily found and taking less then 10 minutes to improve their play then well, they deserve to flounder a bit.

character as the Scarab Lord?

If the role of the player was so important, we'd see more player characters or guilds that have achieved world/realm-firsts as being the ones mentioned in lore. As the OP stated, a perfect example was the Scarab Lord; why not make the official lore have a player's character as the Scarab Lord?

This would help make the game feel acheter wow gold like what players did mattered and lead to more recognition for those who achieve the world-firsts (not using Saronite Bombs, of course).

sentiment shared throughout the community

We recognize it's not the most elegant solution. Ideally we wouldn't offer greater incentives to one player over another based purely on the class role they each fulfill. That said, the disparity in queue times was unacceptable in our eyes, and we saw that sentiment shared throughout the community.

Perhaps there are better ways for wow po online us to lower queue times without having to offer additional rewards to the class role in highest demand in the Dungeon Finder, but Call to Arms is a feature we were able to develop in a much more reasonable time frame.

Do we like that your only reward from the Call to Arms feature is a shorter queue time? No. But then, if the queue times were more equal for each class role, we wouldn't have added Call to Arms in the first place.

they have very good reasons to do so

Class designers read these forums. I've seen them doing so. I've seen such at all hours of the week. They have very good reasons to do so.

Players should want the most direct line possible to the designers, since what we're talking about is communicating data and opinion on the game.

Anything that gets in the way of that communication should be stuff that most everyone wants removed, because doing so improves the signal. Ranting, contending that we don't understand a class, online wow po bumping, petitions... all have the effect of interfering with getting valuable feedback to the only people in the world who can actually do something about it.

the easy mode Death Strike talent

In general we like designs like this a lot. The challenge is that WoW is a game where you are tanking for a group, so there is a substantial social dynamic at play. We don't want things to play out is like this: "Oh, look, our DK tank has the easy mode Death Strike talent. Ergo, he's a bad tank. Let's kick him and get a good one."

Never mind that the DK in question probably tanks better with the "automatic" Death Strike rather than fumbling wow gold through the "manual" one. Never mind that the difference between the two is probably not going to make the difference between success or failure unless you are on Heroic raids (in which case why on earth do you have a pug tank?)

Obviously we shouldn't design around misinformation. But at the same time, social pressure is really powerful. If the active / harder-to-use / more pro mode of Death Strike becomes the only acceptable standard, then we haven't accomplished anything but complicate the game.

It's something to think about at least. ;)

make sure that every class has their own version of that ability

A great recipe for class homogenization is to go down the list of every ability and make sure that every class has their own version of that ability. We don’t think powerful self-healing is mandatory for every character. Some classes are inherently better at it than others. As long as the overall package is competitive, it’s okay for specs or classes to have strengths and weaknesses. If the overall package isn’t competitive, we’ll certainly hear about it.

Our definition of hybrid class is a wow gold fr class that has a tank or healing spec. We don’t spend much effort to make sure that the DPS specs of hybrid classes are more “hybridy” than the DPS specs of mage, warlock, rogue or hunter. Sometimes hybrid DPS specs might be able to throw out a heal, but unless used very strategically, those contributions are often in the rounding error of the healing provided by the dedicated healers. And when DPS specs are healing themselves (Frost and Unholy DKs before 4.2) or others (Ret paladins before 4.1) too much, we take action there as well. So it’s not a priority for us that Balance druids are great healers. We recognized going into Cataclysm that rogues had a lot of down time while solo, that they didn’t have many options for spending combo points after a target died prematurely, and that too much rogue survivability was based around crowd controlling an opponent. Thus we thought there was a need for Recuperate. If Balance druids have similar challenges, then we’d look for solutions for them as well, but they would hopefully be unique or at least kit-appropriate solutions.

obtain in a single Darkmoon Faire week

Thanks everyone for your feedback. To hopefully clear up some of the confusion over time investment vs reward costs we've broken down exactly how many tickets you can obtain in a single Darkmoon Faire week. The design intent of the Darkmoon Faire is that it’s available for one week out of the month, and in that one week we expect you to be able to obtain a significant amount of tickets. To clarify the OP’s point of how long it would take to obtain an entire set of cosmetic gear, the math presented was incorrect,po wow and it would in fact only take 4 Darkmoon Faire weeks to complete an entire set. That’s of course still no quick task, and the intent is not for it to be. There are plenty of rewards that can be obtained in one or two weeks of the Darkmoon Faire, but we expect that an entire set will take a few events to obtain.

As Mists of Pandaria continues to unravel its mysteries

As Mists of Pandaria continues to unravel its mysteries, there are bound to be a few bugs that crop up from time to time and we’re working diligently on getting each one addressed. For the pet battlers among you, here are some of the hotfixes we’ve recently applied to the game:

[09/28/2012] A bug has been fixed that caused turn inputs to sometimes be skipped, causing only one pet to take action that turn
[09/28/2012] Conceding in a random PVP Pet Battle should now count as a loss
[09/28/2012] State-dependent abilities should no longer have their effects reversed (example: Maul should correctly require that the target be Bleeding)
[09/29/2012] Many balance changes have been implemented (example: Build Turret now has a 2-round cooldown, up from 1) -- A full list of recent balance changes can be found here.
[10/05/2012] Issues relating to wow gold certain Pet Battles achievements have been hotfixed and should be functioning correctly across factions.

In addition, we’re investigating a possible issue with traps not upgrading and will get it resolved as quickly as possible.

Thank you for your continued feedback and bug reports. We appreciate your enthusiasm for this new feature, as well as the time you’ve taken to discuss the Pet Battle system!

increased by earning a higher Arena Team rating

There has been some confusion lately regarding how Conquest Points are intended to be capped by the way that they’re earned. Conquest Point caps are divided into three categories.

Rated Battlegrounds –http://www.euwowgold.fr/ The default Conquest Point cap for Rated Battlegrounds is set at 1650, and this can be raised with an increased Rated Battlegrounds rating. This cap is higher by default to reflect the greater challenges presented by organizing and participating in Rated Battlegrounds.
Arenas – The default Conquest Point cap for Arenas is 1350, and this can be increased by earning a higher Arena Team rating.
Random Battlegrounds – The default Conquest Point cap for points earned from doing Random Battlegrounds is actually dependent on the other two. It will rise to match whichever of the other two Conquest Point caps is lower. For example: if a player does no Rated Battlegrounds, but has raised their weekly Conquest Point cap to 2000 via a high Arena Team Rating, then the Random Battlegrounds cap will be 1650 to match the cap provided wow po by Rated Battlegrounds.

It’s important to note that this is not a recent change. This capping system has been in place since World of Warcraft: Cataclysm patch 4.2. A recent hotfix resolved an issue that allowed players to gain Conquest Points via random Battlegrounds up to the higher of the two point caps, which was not intended.

I don't think this buff is working

So um... I don't think this buff is working. I turned in a shado-pan daily and still got the usual 275 reputation instead of 100% more. I'm revered, yes.
http://www.euwowgold.fr/

Did you purchase AND use the Grand Commendation from the Shado-Pan quartermaster?

This is what you'll need to open up the benefits to all your characters on your account (e.g. Grand Commendation of the Order of the Cloud Serpent).

Your Developer Interview Druthers

I'm in the process of scheduling fansite interviews with our developers to cover patch 5.2 content and design, and I'm curious what formats and topics are most popular among the community. In addition to this simple poll on preferred format, please elaborate on what you think makes for a successful (or unsuccessful) interview. Some examples:

What topics interest you most? wow or (i.e. systems, encounters, lore, content, art, sound, etc.)
Why do you prefer the format you voted on?
What sites or podcasts are your primary sources of WoW news?
What sites or podcasts have conducted the most compelling interviews in the past?
In a single interview do you most prefer one-on-one, multiple people asking questions, or multiple developers answering questions?

Keep in mind this is specifically about press/fansite interviews with developers, and not public Q&As. The two euwowgold aren't mutually exclusive and we'd like to host another developer Q&A in the near future.

Your feedback will help me assess our resources and determine a solid 5.2 interview strategy. Much appreciated!

Dawn of the Aspects Part V Excerpt

Dawn of the Aspects Part V releases June 17, and we’re happy to be able to share with you an exclusive first read from the last chapter of this epic digital-pentalogy.http://www.euwowgold.fr/
_________________________________________________________________________________

I am only a proto-dragon! The thought jolted through Malygos with such force that Kalec also felt the flash of fear. Still, all Malygos had to do was look at Neltharion and the rest—who, in turn,po wow waited for his word—to know that there was no retreating from his dominant role.

But there was another who seemed willing to help take much of the burden from him. He looked to Alexstrasza.

She already appeared to understand his concern. With a brief, solemn glance at Malygos, Alexstrasza immediately focused on Neltharion. "How do your kind fight? Tell us… show us."

Neltharion bared his teeth in a reptilian grin. He spread his wings and began to display the fighting skills of his family—

The vision shifted, but while Kalec would have liked to know more about the abilities of the other four, he was not surprised about the change. In fact, for the first time, the blue dragon felt comfortable with the shift. He did not see that this might not be a good sign for him.

The scene before him could not be taking place all that long after the previous one. The five remained in the mountains, but now they perched atop part of a crooked peak, watching and waiting.

But the sky remained conspicuously devoid of a creature so vast he could hardly be hiding. There were also no signs of the undead, which disturbed the group's leader.

"Where is Galakrond?" Malygos growled. "Where?" He stretched his wings restlessly before finally understanding what wow gold they had to do. "Must bring him to us! Must let him know about us!"

He let out a roar. As he expected, it echoed throughout the mountains. Yet to his ears, it did not sound nearly loud enough.

Before Malygos could suggest it, Alexstrasza raised her head and repeated his call. The other three imitated her, all five within seconds shouting as one.

The echoes of their combined cries resounded, even building as they rushed away from their source. As loud as they were, it would still have been impossible for most normal proto-dragons to hear them unless they were within two or three hours' flight away.

But then, there was nothing normal anymore about Galakrond.

Thunder rose in the east, thunder with an oddly regular pattern.

No, not thunder, Malygos finally deduced. Only the beating of very, very large wings.

And as the rest of the five turned in that direction, the heavens there darkened.

popped up on the PTR in the first place

Here’s a little more insight into our thinking here (and why the changes even popped up on the PTR in the first place):

We have a few concerns with how Fire is playing out at the moment. Fire scales incredibly well with gear, and we’re worried that they’ll end up doing way too much damage in high end gear. However, we’re trying to avoid just nerfing Fire’s scaling, as that would unfairly hurt any Fire mage who ISN’T in high-end gear.

We’re also worried that Fire po wow is leaning too heavily on perfect cooldown usage. It’s awesome when a highly-skilled player is able to use all of their abilities to the fullest and be rewarded with a little extra damage. It’s significantly less awesome when failing to do so results in a massive loss of DPS. At the moment, Fire is extremely dependent on lining up all of your cooldowns (most notably Alter Time and Presence of Mind) to score massive Combustion damage. If you pull it off, you’re rewarded with a lot of damage. Mess it up, and your performance suffers dramatically. We’d like to tone down the differences between those high and low ends a bit.

We also think that Presence of Mind in particular is just too important to Fire right now. There’s really no choice in that tier – PoM is just too good compared to the other options. We want talents to be a choice.

Those are the issues we’d like to fix, and why the earlier changes hit the PTR to begin with. We may try other methods, or we may decide to just leave things alone for 5.4, but we do want to fix them.

We all do this to some degree every day

One cause is a cognitive bias called projection bias. Essentially living inside your own head your entire life makes it exceedingly difficult to understand how others do not also live your same life, think your same thoughts, and hold your same beliefs. In many cases it's www.euwowgold.fr quite frustrating to try to empathize and understand why you yourself may not be the center of the universe, which generally results in one 'acting out' in various ways. We're all guilty of this behavior. There are also brain-chemical reasons that exist to help us form tighter bonds with those like us (safety in numbers), but be antagonistic against those not like us (self preservation).wow or We all do this to some degree every day.

So, in short: the internet.

WoW Arena Invitational at BlizzCon

No need for alarm – we’ll be hotfixing Dampening back to a 10-minute start time (with Arena matches ending euwowgold at 20 minutes).

As you might be aware, the WoW Arena Invitational at BlizzCon was configured to have Dampening begin at 5 minutes, wow po with a 15-minute round timer. Those changes were intended solely for BlizzCon, but made it over to live servers as part of the 5.4.2 patch. Again, this was unintentional, and we’ll be hotfixing things back to normal ASAP.

give some insight into our thinking

Casting on the move is something we've talked about a lot, and we're definitely making some changes along those lines. I don't have any details I can share at this point, but I can at least give some insight into our thinking.

We like casting on the move, but not as a default. Spiritwalker's Grace is a good example of something we like; used intelligently, it can be very strong, and it feels good to use. On the other hand, Lightning Bolt always being castable on the move we're less excited about. You don't feel smart or skilled for using Lightning Bolt while you're euwowgold moving, it's just sort of a free bonus that we're not sure is really needed.

Things like Kil'Jaeden's Cunning fall somewhere in the middle. The effect is similar to Lightning Bolt in that it's always active and you don't really have to think about it. However, you are effectively giving up either Archimonde's Darkness or Mannoroth's Fury in order to take it. Whether or not that's enough of a tradeoff is something we're discussing, but we have seen a lot more Warlocks giving up KJC for something else since Patch 5.4.

It's also important to note that the ability to use a cast-time spell while moving is only part of the issue.wow gold In fact, while there's only a couple of classes that can do that, almost everyone has some number of instant cast spells they can use while moving. To really start shoring up the differences here, we need to reduce the number of instant cast spells as well. That includes healers.

We're still iterating rapidly on all of this, so anything can change at any point, but that's what we're currently thinking.

Cracking Karazhan

Azeroth’s mightiest protectors have defeated a seemingly endless procession of memorable foes over the years, and while the legions of heroes have since moved on to more pressing threats, those old foes from the past still brood in their lairs. There they sit, lording over their loot, agonizing over their defeats, just waiting for a chance to unleash vengeance. And you can head back into their strongholds to put them back in their place.

We’d like to help those who euwowgold.fr have never given taking on an older raid a shot to feel more comfortable exploring the older content. Even if visiting and looting these locales is old hat, you might still find something of value within. If you’ve never given it a try at all, there are actually plenty of good reasons to visit older instances:

Lore - Running past raids and dungeons is a great way to catch up on lore and have experiences that you might otherwise have missed.
Transmogrification - Even if the gear itself doesn’t offer any power to a max-level character, set pieces and random drops from older raids can fill out your wardrobe of Transmogrification po wow items quite nicely.
Pets – A number of older bosses now have a chance to drop Battle Pets that you can collect or cage and sell.
Mounts - Many players dive into old raids specifically to pick up rare mounts, such as the much sought after Ashes of A’lar.

Tip: Keep in mind that some mounts, such as Mimiron’s head, will only drop from specific versions of an encounter or when certain conditions are fulfilled, so be sure to read up and plan accordingly!

Reputations - Some players use old school raids as a way to bolster their list of Exalted reputations for achievement titles such as Exalted and Beloved.
Fun - Perhaps most importantly, wow gold it can be great fun to explore the environments that are featured in older content, or play up the fantasy of being the lone adventurer exploring an enemy’s fortress, facing down hordes of bad guys, and standing against the odds to defeat a great evil. Often music and environments are exclusive to certain Raids, and there’s nothing quite like experiencing the art in its original context. Going it alone can also allow you to take your time and let you to take in the sights when that isn’t always possible if a group is waiting on you.

How would you describe the zone’s ambience? What’s it like?

Kurt Sparkuhl: It feels like old Nagrand. Out of all the zones, it’s the one that’s supposed to feel the most familiar. When Draenor became Outland, Nagrand was probably the area affected least by the world breaking apart. Now you’ll see all these big canyons and rocky outcroppings all over the zone, implying that after the big explosion happened http://www.euwowgold.fr/ and Draenor turned into Outland, those floating islands were kind of what was left of those big ridges. There was a conscious effort to make it feel familiar to some extent, while still creating something new.

Eric Maloof: You’ll encounter a lot of new points of interest in this version of Nagrand. There are some things that are no longer there, too—Halaa and Garadar, for example, don’t exist. These wow gold were created after Outland became what it did. Highmaul takes up a large portion of the zone, and it houses a Raid instance as well. It’s massive.

world of warcraft patch about Unholy Changes

In order to better balance the scaling rates and value of secondary stats for Unholy Death Knights, we reduced the power of their passive Unholy Might ability, and added a new passive ability to make Multistrike more effective.

Necrosis is a new passive wow po ability for Unholy Death Knights.
Necrosis causes Multistrikes from Festering Strike, Pestilence, Plague Strike, Scourge Strike, and Soul Reaper to also deal a burst of Shadow damage. The amount of burst damage is based on Attack Power, not the damage from the triggering Multistrike.
Unholy Might now increases Strength by 10% (down from 35%).

Spend your gold to get the Alliance Chopper in Warlords

Alliance chopper
In a move that will come as a surprise to absolutely no one, the losing bike design from Azeroth Choppers will in fact be added to the game. Currently, the winning Horde-themed bike will be given, for free, to any account that logs into the game before World of Warcraft(EUR) September 30th. The Alliance bike, however, will be added to the game sometime after the launch of Warlords of Draenor, and be available for in-game purchase.

Blizzard is being coy on the subject of cost, but their article emphasizes that it will cost "a pretty hefty sum of gold," so if you want it, best start saving now.

Blizzard unveils new products at San Diego Comic-Con

Blizzard revealed a fresh suite of swag at San Diego Comic-Con this week. Their new offerings include a pin program, hoodies featuring artwork from Carbot, new plushies,po wow new figurines, and more. Activision CEO Bobby Kotick was nearly fired by Vivendi

Anyone who's paid attention to the roller-coaster that is Activision's relationship with its former owner Vivendi, here's a new wrinkle for you. Activision CEO and perennial villain in a million fans' hearts Bobby Kotick was nearly let go by Vivendi in 2013 over his refusing to sign off on any deal that excluded his own private investment group.

According to the lawsuit filed in Delaware, this allowed Kotick, Brian Kelly (Activision's Chairman) and euwowgold.fr their investment partners (including Tencent Holdings Ltd.) to gain a 25% stake in the company at the same rate that Activision itself paid for the remainder. This is claimed to have allowed them to get away with not paying a premium for control over the company. The lawsuit alleges that this is an improper benefit to Kotick, Kelly and their group.

What's really fascinating is that Kotick's stand on this issue, going so far as to threaten to resign in 2013, seems to have been seriously considered by parent company Vivendi. Former Vivendi CEO Jean-Francois Dubos and then-CFO Phillipe Capron were among those speculating on firing Kotick, with Capron going so far as to volunteer to do it the very next day after the email exchange in May of 2013. Considering he was one of the highest paid CEO's of any game company, I'm surprised they chose to back down -- perhaps his contract made firing him punishingly expensive. In the end, Vivendi blinked first and Kotick and his group got to make exactly the deal that they're getting sued over now.

Mike Morhaime apologizes for lack of diversity in Blizzard games

It's been a bad year or so for women in Blizzard games, for a lot of reasons. At BlizzCon, Warlords of Draenor was described as a "boy's trip" that Aggra wasn't invited to -- which fits with the Warlords marketing material that shows almost exclusively male characters (a few women appear in the trailer and one in the art, but they're unnamed). But Warlords isn't the only concern: the company's April Fool's joke came off as tone-deaf to many, Heroes of the Storm uses female characters as eye candy (which game director Dustin Browder argued didn't send a message), and, recently, buy wow gold Rob Pardo stated in a talk at MIT that diversity wasn't really a value for the company.

Though Warlords has come a long way since BlizzCon and both Browder and Pardo apologized, the fact that any of these things were an issue in the first place is off-putting -- at best -- to female gamers. Even long-term Blizzard fans have started to wonder why they're continuing to play in a gaming world that didn't accept women amongst the cast of heroes. It's from this place of disappointment that Starcunning wrote to Mike Morhaime, explaining why she's walked away from Blizzard's games. The surprise, however, is that Mike Morhaime responded stressing Blizzard's commitment to listening to the playerbase and building games that are fun for everyone.
